Most venues sell you the fairy lights. We'd rather tell you what to expect.
Do I really need to plan everything myself?
Not at all. You arrive with your vision, and we help shape the details. From arranging chairs around the floral arch to setting out individual fruit cups, we make sure the day feels easy for you.
What if my guest count changes after I book?
It happens all the time. We ask for your best estimate when you book, then confirm final numbers a week before. As long as we know ahead of time, we'll adjust the space and the catering to fit.
Can I bring in my own decorations?
You're welcome to. Many couples add personal touches to our fairy lights and white tree. Just let us know what you're planning, and we'll help you find the right spot so the room still flows.
How far ahead should I book the venue?
For weddings, most couples reach out several months in advance. For smaller gatherings like tea parties or bridal showers, a few weeks is often plenty. It never hurts to ask about open dates.
What happens if the weather turns on event day?
Our space is designed for gatherings no matter the forecast. We'll work around the weather and make sure your celebration carries on comfortably, with the same warm atmosphere.
